I was in the middle of trying to evict my first tenant. It wasn’t going well. I almost lost my 4 unit investment. Late, one Saturday I decided to look for a property manager. It was a dire emergency. Ron is the only one who picked up the phone. And thinking back, the other property managers I called didn’t return my call. Ron immediately put my mind at ease and told me his plan. He came to my property with a locksmith and Sherif on the following Monday and performed a lockout.
