Pay Rent:

1. Mail certified funds in a money order or cashier’s check payment with a post-marked date to 12223 Highland Ave. #106-364, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739 (Rent is due on or before the 3^rd of each month. After the 3^rd rent is considered late and a late fee may apply.)
2. E-check: Link your bank account and routing number via your resident portal for automatic or one-time payments. (Free!)
3. Credit or Debit Card: Make payment with your Credit or Debit Card via your resident portal. (Service fee applies by third-party software, Appfolio.)

Resident Verifications: Submit resident verifications to realestate(at)reactionrealty(dotted)com or by facsimile 800.958.6107 and Office will respond within 48 hours, once received.
