I've gotten nothing but professional treatment from Ron and his team. He's been very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Prior to engaging Ron Sosa to manage rental property for me, I had a stream of tenants who damaged the property, failed to pay rent and had to be evicted. Ron's screening of prospective tenants is rigorous and results in selection of outstanding tenants. My 5 year association with Ron has been extremely positive and has resulted in higher net income with less hassle. Ron just sold my rental property he managed and did so in a very professional and timely manner. I can recommend Ron with enthusiasm and believe any negative reviews posted must come from tenants he either had to evict or deny rental agreements. In either case it was most assuredly a blessing for the property owner.

We found Mr. Sosa to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate sales and property management. He has a professional, yet no nonsense, style which allows him to quickly handle the myriad of forms that typically accompany the buying and selling of real estate. He is supported by an excellent team and a very good answering service that gets messages to him accurately and rapidly when he is in the field. We found Mr. Sosa to be very responsive to our questions, and he was quick to address any concerns we raised. In addition Mr. Sosa is a very experienced property manager. In addition to selling our home in 2019, he provided property management services to us in 2017. It was on the basis of his property management services that we decided to come back to him again to sell our home in 2019.
Ron and his team met all of my expectations! In total, I've had 3 smooth transactions with him. He sold my house in Corona in 2012, helped me sell my condo in Rancho Cucamonga, and most recently helped me purchase another home in North Fontana. His attention to detail in selling both my properties and helping me purchase my latest house in North Fontana was fantastic! “I was having trouble getting tenants that would pay. I was in the middle of trying to evict my first tenant. It wasn’t going well. I almost lost my 4 unit investment. Late, one Saturday I decided to look for a property manager. It was a dire emergency. Ron is the only one who picked up the phone. And thinking back, the other property managers I called didn’t return my call.
Ron immediately put my mind at ease and told me his plan. He came to my property with a locksmith and Sherif on the following Monday and performed a lockout. He used his vendors to rehab and rent out all of my units and dealt with non paying tenants without evicting them. He was able to get those tenants to pay.
It wasn’t until he got the property under control that he passed the responsibilities to his employees. Who took extra care in making sure my property was managed right. And I was always able to be in touch with them for questions or concerns. When the time came he even sold it for me for a great price.”

Ron came highly recommended to me and my family by a friend. Right from the start Ron demonstrated an utmost level of professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. Ron did a walk through on our home we were selling and made suggestions on what improvements needed to be made to receive the greatest return on our investment. We followed all of Ron's suggestions and sold our home is as little as 4 days and received top dollar for our home. Ron then assisted us in finding another home and was very patient with me and my husband making sure we found a home we would check off all our boxes which wasn't an easy task as we were very particular in what we were looking for. Ron treated us like family and was very responsive to text and email messages.
